it was awhile back, i cannot really describe how it went. I had completed the Basic Income Tax Course given by H & R Block, Had to pass at least 80% of final test, to get offered a position with them, they didnt promise a position for everyone, my experience was that my teacher referred me to Block which was very helpful, i actually ended up working in her very office!

First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.
