Simple but repetitive. Had to interview with same group of people twice. HR answered all questions clearly though and office was nice. Interviewers were straightforward although questions were repetitive. Not much else to it.

Multi-step process involved meeting people from several different H2M offices. Questions were to the point and covered a range of topics. My advice is make sure you interview both with who will be your supervisor but also with someone on the board of directors, as they make all the high level decisions regarding promotions etc.
