Interview was a little challenging and sometimes I felt like the questions were irrelevant. Little bit stiff and awkward at times with some of the interviewers. Had several rounds and now that I have started I'm not sure the interview was an accurate depiction of the company

Entrevista
The interview was conducted online via Microsoft Teams. The COO and the head Operations Engineer were both present to conduct the interview. Both were friendly and accommodating. I would describe the whole interaction as more casual than formal.
