Asked about how my experience would relate to the role. I was also asked how I would navigate issues at work. It was through zoom. At the time they were having a new staff so I was not fully told how the training would go.

the process included filling out documentation by certain deadlines, being chosen, and then being assigned a group and role by the organization's chosen leader. overall, great experience and would recommend.
