I was an almost fresher. Applied on naukri.com, got interview call within 3 days. Interview was scheduled, but since there were many applicants, had to wait. 3 rounds. Technical 1, Technical 2, HR.
This was my first job interview and I was selected, so obviously it was a positive experience.

it was the two round interview .first round was apptitude test and second round was technical round all questions asked related to the computers knowledge.also you must have some testing methodology.

1st written test, then personalty check, then face to face, still if you have to suffer if any one with you is having big reference. Even you know more than them, they only will get preference.
