I have passed an interview with the HR for a procurement role based in Karlsbad in Germany, I was informed about the recruitment process by the HR manager that has presented me the next steps, talking about providing a feedback independently the result: positive or negative. One month after the interview, I have contacted him to kindly asking about any feedback. He has never answered my message. I estimate that behaviour very disrespectful, and it is a lost of time passing interviews with such a company. I can understand in case of a lot of candidates do not providing feedback happens, but when it is clearly presented by the HR it should be done. It is clearly disrespectful towards a candidate.
