Entrevista
The interview lasted approximately 1.5 hours and was conducted in a non-stressful, conversational environment. The discussion focused heavily on my experience managing channel partners, resolving channel conflicts, and practical execution topics such as working with Excel and data analysis, all of which were highly relevant to my years of experience.
The questions aligned well with my background in channel strategy, partner enablement, and regional commercial management, allowing for meaningful and experience-based discussion rather than theoretical answers. The interviewers were professional and approachable, and the overall atmosphere was constructive.
However, it became apparent that the role has been open for over a year, and there seemed to be some lack of clarity around the specific profile and seniority level they were ultimately looking for. This created a sense that the interview process was exploratory rather than tightly aligned to a clearly defined candidate persona.
Overall, the interview experience itself was respectful and relevant, though greater alignment upfront on expectations and the ideal candidate profile could help streamline the process for both parties.
