Interacted with 3 people via email before getting on the phone to interview. I had to complete additional applications & documents before scheduling the interview. The woman who interviewed me did not take the time to review what I sent (30-45 mins invested), never sent follow up documents she stated she would send, and asked me personal questions. For example: do I have children, am I married, and employment of “spouse”. First 2 people I interacted with via email were pleasant.
