In person interview with CEO and Lead Engineer. CEO was busy and stayed only for 5-10 minutes after which I continued talking with the lead engineer. Seemed like a small company where overtime is not only encouraged but expected.

One-on-one phone interview with the president and later went through the panel interview. No difficult questions. Very general interview process. They tried to describe the firm as the leader in the industry with tons of potentials.
