I applied online and within 5 days I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I was very nervous as I had never done a virtual interview before. However, the manager made it very relaxing and easy to talk to. It wasn't like most interviews where you have people sit there, read from a script and constantly write down what you say. She made it very relaxing, smiled and joked which really helped as most interviews tend to be intimidating. She was very open and honest about the position, the qualifications and what they expected in this position. Most of the questions had to do with going over my work history, my experience as it relates to the position and what systems I have worked with. She explained the next steps of the hiring process and said that a decision would be made within a week. Since this was for a work from home position, she did state that I would need to go to their main office for a week of training and gave me the dates that they were looking at. I was contacted a little less than a week after my interview with an offer contingent upon a background check.
