Pretty casual. Very few technical questions, but I came prepared to prove my technical worth before they could ask questions anyway. The interviewers seemed more interested in seeing if I'd get along with everyone and fit in with my coworkers more than anything else. There were 3 people at the interview.

Professional and personable. I was interviewed by two employees who I worked with in the office. The phone interview was also very well done and I received a good education about the company.
