I was called by a recruiter and asked questions about my resume, she told me a bit about the job then set me up with a in person interview / shadow. I went in to complete the interview / shadow, it lasted about 4 hours. I got to sit with another sitter and also be hands on a bit. It was cool. The employees are very personable. I really enjoyed them. The Nurse manager is also very nice. I genuinely had a great shadow experience. The manager asked me a few questions about my resume and why I want to work there and that was it. It was hired on the spot. For shadowing you have to wear scrubs which is something I liked as well.
