Phase one :Automated phone interview . Phase two: interview in person with director / manager and therapy staff member. Communication with setting up interviews (phone and onsite) is through a recruiter.

Most questions were general HR questions that were not always relevant or specific to rehab therapy. There were a few specific to therapy though, but again just general basic questions.
