Standard recruiter interview, followed by virtual interview with dept head, followed by on site panel interview, and then the infamous HCA ghosting. Very friendly interviews but HCA is notorious for being extremely narrow minded and thinking healthcare is too complex of a concept to comprehend without extensive Healthcare industry experience.
