Easy interview process. Great for the experience and resume. Management seemed uninterested about being an unexperienced nurse. Management emphasized training will be provided. Starting pay is great without experience. Management refer new hires to a program called STARN where a 6 weeks classroom and simulated hands on training is provided.
Online Application, Phone call from recruiter, in-person interview, Offer on the spot. Lack of communication from HR and onboarding. The interview is straightforward, they'll ask you you discuss your resume and experience.

Peer group interview, situational questions and person qualities that make candidate good for icu. What would you do if you patient coded? Why icu is your choice versus last job? Basic questions but intimidating. Be confident and personable. Team work is a must in icu. Overall difficulty was average more intimidating than difficult due to the size of the group of nurses I think there were like 6-7 floor and charge icu RNs and the director.
