I was called in to do an interview and I sat with my now direct supervisor, our director and Financial officer. They asked me to tell me about my IT experiences up until that day. They asked some technical questions and told me they would call me.

Had a phone interview that went well. Individual who was the department manager said they would call me back for next step. About a week later played phone tag (1 missed call) with individual which I returned same day. Next call received VM received said I needed to call back within the hour or I would be eliminated. Happened to be at a doctor's appointment and had informed her that particular day I was unavailable during that time frame. Have since applied for other positions with org and get instant rejection notices. Utter lack of professionalism.
