I was first contacted by the hiring manager who offered me a certain salary. As a formality I also had to do an initial screening with a recruiter. The hiring manager did a phone screening and an in person interview.

Long, drawn out, and tedious. It takes weeks to months to hear back. You must apply as soon as a posting appears because the positions fill quickly and the number of applications per job can be in the hundreds.

The interview process are always easy . I can not understand . I have been working with HCA for over 4 years. And it seem like they just have favoritism in who they have in mind to hire.
