I felt like they weren’t paying attention during it. Felt impersonal and almost too easy to get a job there. I didn’t like that the interviewer wasn’t even looking at me during the interview, though it was virtual.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
