Recruiter was quick to respond and schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Interview was an hour long. Questions asked were tell me about yourself, tell me about a time type questions. Role consists of heavily meeting metrics. They are very big on metrics and if metrics are not met consistently it could cause for termination. Overall, I felt for a call center position interview was way too long,
