I was interviewed for PeopleSoft opening for HCL Sholinganallur branch. It was online Vedio interview where 2 people interviewed me . One interviewer was good and and he behaved professionally. Issue was with other interviewer looks like Lead. Please learn to respect other people who are trying to learn and not everyone gets chance to be in development projects and gain hands-on knowledge.If the answer for your question is wrong then why don't you just keep quiet and ask another question or tell the correct answer or just end the interview. Don't act as if you created PeopleSoft and knows every single damn commands. Even you have come from same level and try to give respect to others. Everyone goes through PeopleBooks and I don't feel bad in copying the syntax I need from peoplebooks to use them.I worked mostly in support project and did not have proper dev exp.Even the interviewer would have referred PeopleBooks at some point of time.I gave multiple interviews and never faced an interviewer who is so demoralising . I just lost interest and felt uncomfortable after the way the interviewer talked and left the interview politely.
