Recently I attended HCL interview in pune. They have arranged interview in Centurion Group of Hotel, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. There was only one technical round which was very easy. Interviewer asked very basic questions even freshers can answer those easily. Apart from this I have very bad experience of HCL interview. The way HCL HR has conducted interview was worst. When I was giving interview, HCL technical recruiter came to interviewer and was asking her to finish interview quickly and was started throwing papers here and there. He was such a unprofessional technical recruiter and was behaving like a kid.If they are not serious about the recruitment, these people should not be called candidate for interview and that technical recruiter needs to undergo soft skill training before working in any of the organization.
