Received an email regarding the opening and then followed it up with the `HR after sending the CV.
Got interviewed over phone and then was called for 1:1 interview which I cleared but there after when the person explained the role, it didnt seem that challenging to me, I was positive to accept the offer as it was a Pilot desk and there is always opportunity in Pilot batches but the offer wasnt as luring as I thought and I chose to continue with my old employer.

Written exam on the engineer syllabus plus some additional basics on the networking and analytical questions & mostly on aptitude questions followed up by the Group discussion & Manager round.

Entrevista
The first round to the Interview was a face-to-face round about describing myself and my work experience so far. The 2nd round was a telephonic technical round where questions were asked about my previous organizations and my day-to-day activities. The third round was another technical round, however, it was a face-to-face one. The interviewer and me had gone through lot of technical questions related to my field which lasted 50-60 minutes. The final round was another HR round which included the discussion about salary and location for the job.
