I applied for the post through some job sites like monster.com and naukri.com. First some consultancy ppl called and ask about current job, ctc and expected ctc etc.. Then they told that they will forward my resume to HCL Technical wing. Then the next day the hcl technical lead called me and they ask mostly trouble shooting part. like 1. Cause code of Q.931 2. debug commands of ISDN Q.931 3. mgcp sub protocol 4. H.323 sub protocol etc..

It was my first interview they had asked me about the networking concept,switch connection and device communicationhow to find subnet mask and after he asked about my salary expextations and he was telling about the hcl company work culture and it is quite easy
