Pathetic to say the least. Called for a face to face interview on a weekend. It was for a niche skill so hardly 10 people were there to take up the F2F interview. Even then also I was made to sit for 3 hours, and eventually when i asked the HR that how long was i supposed to wait more, they started talking among themselves which gave me the impression that they had mixed my application & resume with the Java applicants. After that, i was asked to move to cafeteria where they were taking the interviews. There also i was made to wait again for 25-30 mins. They eventually a guy called me to take the interview. After the interview, he told me that I could expect a call from there manager for the next and the final round and i had cleared the first round. However for 15 days i didn't get any call from them. After dropping multiple mails to the HR, I was informed that the project was on hold. If anyone from the HR panel of HCL comes across my review, just a suggestion to you guys, stop taking the job hunters for granted & start respecting their time which they give to you, even though you don't bother wasting your own time.
