They have taken two rounds of technical interview after that they are doing HR discussion regarding your notice period, higher education qualification and salary discussion.
I have given 3 times interview in HCl & every time have qualified & received the from call HR regarding package and notice period. After that HR was saying will send email with in 30,40 minutes and in the email, you will get the link for upload your documents. I was waiting, but didn't get it. This was happen 3 times.
I have qualified in 2 round of technical discussion even though I had received welcome message from HR discussion in my second time scheduled interview. HR Did the discussion and told me, you will get the offer letter by upcoming Monday/Tuesday. See nothing was happen they have totally playing with the condidate..

They ask about your technical skills which is mentioned in your resume.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.

First you will be asked to introduce your self, then work history, like what did you do in your previous org. Like roles and responsibilities. Then followed by basics of the subject that you applied for.
