MCQ Test, Machine test followed by technical interview.Very pathetic.MCQ questions were copy pasted codes from internet.No thoughts were given to it.Randomly picked questions.Average test followed by machine test.Average again.Then the tech interview.Very basic Java but conceptual questions.interviewer was not at all interested.very laid back attitude.I gave all the correct and in depth answers with my experience.he was surprised too. After forcing me to wait for more than 2 hours .hr told me I was rejected because I am not technically good.lol.I was way more technically sound than their expectations.
please don't waste your time in giving interview for HCL. if you come from good product based company with good technical background.This pathetic service based company has nothing to offer you.they will waste your time.
They simply can't afford good talent with already high salary.
As the placement process held in my campus the process went quite easy .Its Simple with introduction and project discussions and dsa quetions.they are not totally willing to take candidates of java as of now i feel and they r prefering .net pogramers

El proceso fue muy confuso, el entrevistador técnico fue muy ambiguo con las preguntas y parecía no estar enterado del puesto al que aplicaba. Cambio la fecha de entrevista 3 veces
it is worst experience i had with hcl it take 4 round after that it ghost whole clg.it is pool drive opporunity in bhopal.i is easy to crack.It had first resume shortlsting,appitute roung,gd round,ai interview round.all rounds are online.
