I got call from hr for chennai location and in the initial call itself they committed with the package that I have asked and interviews went well but on hr round they started doing negotiation and they told that we cannot offer which you have asked. Then I asked why did you allow me to attend the interview if you are not ok with the package that I am asking and after that I didn't get any response from them . After that again I got a call to attend interview for another client for that I need to attend another 2 technical rounds and for this they can give the package that I have asked , After this 2 rounds again I didn't get any response . Two days later I call the hr again and asked the status he told that the position has been internally filled and then he hung up the call. 1. If you cannot give what the candidate is asking means why are you giving the commitment like this . 2. All my effort and time was waste ryt now 3. Please try to follow little bit of professionalism
