First it starts with the Communication round , check on the Financial knowledge on the candidate, aptitude paper based test, Human resource round to check the confidence of the candidate. case analysis in case of need to check the ability to resolve problems. various check on the flexibility of the candidate

It was very nice, i was very nervous about the interview but it went well. Hoping for the best. Firstly i was screen selected then i got a call from HCL Tech saying i have been screen selected and they would like to schedule an interview.

GD( current affairs)-Technical (Related to cost accounting, Corporate finance, how to improve EBIT and so on)-HR (Why hcl)and some general questions, line introduce yourself, skills, internship , family background,what do you see yourself after 5 years
There were 3 rounds first one is aptitude second one is hr technical question and then the final Hr round. The first two is hard to crack but the final interview is just for formality to discuss about your future
