The overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. After informing the recruiter of my availability, I didn’t receive an interview invitation until I followed up on the same day. Only then was the interview scheduled with the recruiter’s boss. During the interview, the recruiter’s boss mentioned that my resume would be forwarded to their client, which seemed promising. However, shortly after the interview, the recruiter informed me that I was not a fit for the role. The sudden shift in feedback and the lack of clear communication throughout the process were frustrating. Transparency is key in creating a positive candidate experience, and in this case, it was lacking, making the process feel inconsistent and disorganized.

I had to go through two rounds of technical interview after that I had HR discussion. In technical discussion they asked intro, experience, technical questions and excel queries. Interview can be telephonic or offline but I had telephonic interview.
