Entrevista
I received call regarding interview through a consultant and interview was scheduled on weekend. Two rounds of interviews were being conducted: technical and managerial. Basis of selection process was not much clear, perhaps it was notice period which could have been earlier informed also.

Interviews question were based on manual, selenium automation, database and little java program
Manual question were: Test plan, model, defect and its reporting, basic types of testing etc
Automation: used framework, basic commands, core java concepts, small java programs

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
