The interview process is very clear and the interview is went smoothly. Their expectation is very high with respect to years of experience associate have. They called candidates in randomly and based on the candidate skill set. The interviewer expectation is beyond the expectations of candidate.

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
