Interview Process took 1 week. First Round - Operations Round - Taken by the Operations Manager of the Project. Second Round - Client Round - Client Manager will be involved in this round. So, then it is Followed by HR Round.

Pergunta 1
It was related to Software Asset Management. From Lifecycle till to Disposal, the stages were asked. Also the metrics related to SAM were asked like True cost and Over Licensing. Some other Questions related to Microsoft Licensing Metrics were also asked.
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally

First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
