Fill application form, then after that you got mail about versant test in which they ask about Typing speed and other knowledge like aptitude. After qualifying this you vet a interview mail.

Ask about basic computer technical like what is Directory and previous experience
of work , Microsoft Office Products like e-mail and excel work.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
