The overall experience was not great, especially from HR side, who didn't capture the expectations and aligned properly at all.

Entrevista
Horrible process. Went for 6 months, and then after signing the employment, they revised the level at which I was to join on the next day. This happened 24 hours before joining. When asked, the hiring manager said and I quote "It is what it is. Either you join at the new lower level tomorrow or you don't join" and then hung up without explanation or apology.

Smooth and encouraging with leadership. Good place to work with. One of the fabulous place to work with. Start with 5-6 rounds where people from various function takes interview like finance, he, business unit etc.
I got the interview conducted in my college campus we were all given the form that we needed to fill scootering to our interest and basically punctuating about ourselves our strength and weakness
