Entrevista
Interview process was extremely long. It took me around 2 months to complete the process. Total 5 interviews were taken, last round interviewed by client and a senior manager of HCl team (5 members)
1. First round was technical round revloving around general devops questions and past work experience. Kubernetes and docker was asked in depth
2. Second round was focused on Terraform and Ansible. I was asked to write the script of common terraform and ansible scenarios.
3. Third round was a brush up round as HR contacted me after 1 month.
4. Fourth round was with the senior team lead involving some general devops discussion.
5. Fifth round was a client round. Every member will ask couple of questions based on your resume and their current work requirement.
Main focus was on Kubernetes, Docker, terraform.

2. How to pass env variables in ansible playbook
3. Write ansible playbook for installing an application in multiple hosts.
4, Explain the challenges you have faced in your current organization
5. Overall advance level Kubernetes(taints,ingress rules, Architecture,VPA,HPA,etc),docker and CI/CD workflow was asked.
“The Technical Lead hiring process consisted of five rounds, including three technical interviews. After successfully clearing all stages, the salary negotiation concluded positively, resulting in a mutually agreeable compensation package.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

Entrevista
The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.
