Round 1: Screening Round (Easy / Basic Level) This was an initial filtering round mainly focused on fundamentals. The discussion was not very deep technically. What they focused on: Your background and experience summary Basics of your core skills (tools, technologies, or domain you mentioned in resume) Simple scenario-based or conceptual questions Example types: What does your current project do? Your role and daily responsibilities Basic concepts (architecture, workflow, lifecycle, etc. depending on role) Communication skills and clarity of explanation Sometimes availability, location, and salary expectations
