Very bad experience, rather pathetic, no offer letter after sharing the offered salary breakup and BV process.
First Day, was sent by a consultancy but the HCL HR did not give my name at the security desk, and I was treated as if I was a fresher who had faked an interview call letter. Once I started scolding the consultancy, the security guard called the concerned HR and then I was let in.
Once I entered, I was made to sit at the lobby for another 2 hours, saying that the HR will be available soon. After that I was taken to another floor and asked to take some tea coffee, but this time I took the HR's number and I myself had to call him after half an hour.
After this I was given 2 set of objective type questions papers on basic TCP, HTTP, cyber security, antivirus and Unix OS questions, but mind you not in a meeting room or something but on one of the managers desk.
I finished the same within twenty minutes, after which the HR asked me to have my lunch.
Post lunch, i.e. after 2 hours I was told that I would have a face to face round, again after waiting for a long time on the managers desk and the manager had to literally call up the HR and shout at her, the interviewer came. He asked a simple program, dont remember but a very basic string and array. After that another 2 set of similar questions like the first one, as they said that the first one was old.
Second Day, called for a video interview with around 5 IBM guys from Tokyo, I believe, after waiting for like an hour. They asked basic unix troubleshooting questions, networking , antivirus and malware questions.
2 days later the HR called to submit docs and salary negotiations, they gave 30% which was more than I asked. She then sent out the breakup. BV and other HR process mails were triggered and I was asked to join within 45 days to which I agreed.
But after waiting for a week to then days and after a few mails and calls came to know that they were going ahead with an internal candidate.
