I was called in and interviewed by the Director of Nursing. The interview lasted less that one hour. It was respectful and professional. I received an offer within one week with an expiration of two weeks I believe.

Took forever to get a call back, nurses have lots of options. I heard a lot of negative things about HCR but also heard you can get whatever you want as far as salary...but I don't think that is worth all the hassle!
