I was first contacted by the recruiter. A phone interview was set up with the lead. After the phone interview I was asked to come on site for an in person interview. There I met the lead for a 1:1 interview then I had a 1:1 interview with her manager.

Phone interview with one of the Senior FAs. Not the easiest guy to talk to but the interview was really short and straightforward. The interviewer seemed to be just meeting me to see if he would like me specifically to join his team. He won't be making the hiring decision.
