I put in an application on a Wednesday and the manager at the branch I applied for called me the next day and we set an interview up for Monday. The manager was very open about the position, about it's benefits and downside. He said "only 6 people work at this branch, and you applied for the driver position and that's what you'll be doing most of the time but everyone does everything around here, we basically help one another!"
Which was great by me because I was flexible and can adapt to any task.
He said my qualification were great and were spot on for the job and there's 2 interviews...first one is where he(the manager) checks out my resume and states exactly what the job is and does, The second interview was role-playing, asking questions about situations..what would you do? How would you do it?..etc...
Before the second interview he said there was a TIE between me and another candidate, we BOTH had the same experience and strangely enough we were both VETS and were based in Fort Hood, TX.
After the second interview which I felt I did very good..he said he'll be in touch and he has to interview the other guy later that day.
Didn't get the job, but the role playing in the interview will help me when I have another interview for someone else.
BTW the position was $16.50/hour.
