Entrevista
Two interviews, first with HR and the last with the direct report manager, friendly people and atmosphere. i did not feel as if i was interrogated as some places make you feel.
Late at night, around 9:30 PM, I received an email from the recruiter requesting to schedule an interview for the following morning due to an upcoming long weekend. After some back and forth caused by a broken scheduling link, I finally confirmed the interview for 10:00 AM the next day.
The recruiter called me at 10:15 AM—15 minutes late—for what was supposed to be a 15–20 minute interview. She explained the delay was due to her previous call running over.
This experience suggested a lack of respect for candidates’ time, which is one of our most valuable assets. It felt as though my time was treated as expendable compared to that of their preferred candidates.

Entrevista
Starts with a phone screening with HR/Talent Acquisition. If selected from there you go into a 2 part interview.
Part 1: KSA Assessment - typically ran by the manager of the team and maybe 1 team member, they will ask you questions to gain your understanding of the KSA behind the role and if you have enough of the baseline "know-how" the role will require in general.
Part 2: Culture Fit - this is typically done immediately after the KSA part, and is with a team manager from a team you will work with (team adjacent) and one other person either from the team you'd join or the team adjacent. They ask questions to be sure you understand what is expected of you on the day to day and make sure your personality has no red flags.
The whole process was very straightforward, honest, and practical questions from my experience. It will vary depending on the team and managers you interview with. As with all large orgs, some managers are way better than others.
