Branch Manager interviews you for his/her team inorder to achieve his/her sales target. If he/she approves you go for HR formalities and get an appointment letter.

HR called me for hiring, then I shared my resume with HR . She arranged my interview. There was a walking interview in branch.
My interview was scheduled with branch manager. After selection HR verified my documents. And than I got offer letter for joining
