I was interviewed by an HR representative first. Then, I was interviewed by Director of New Customer Acquisition who would become my boss. The process was simple and straightforward.

Phone screen and then in-person meeting with HR. Toured the office and discussed salary, next steps which included a marketing scenario for second round interviews. Never heard back from the HR contact and noticed the position was reposted at a lower salary range. Received an automated email stating they were pursing other candidates. Very disappointing that the HR contact did not reach out to me directly.
