it is a 2 part interview. the first one is with an HR recruiter who wants to see how interested you are for the job and how much you get allong with the company's values.

the interview lasted about an hour and a half, taking various tests (intelligence and psychological tests such as the Rorschach test). the examiner was generally kind and made me feel comfortable.
