Initial phone interview with HR was informal and was set up for the next interview. Skype interview with the LA team was comfortable and professional. They were friendly and had great banter back and forth.
Overall, very professiona and conversational. There were lots of questions regarding skillsets, the previous jobs in the resume, school projects, the process of working, the starting date, etc. About an hour long, with a Q&A towards the end. It extended over the time period, also included a brief firm tour.

Entrevista
Lots of open-ended questions. Good balance of technical and leadership questions. Ample time for questions at the end. Would recommend applying in the future. Has a large variety of engineering positions.
Great person very friendly and curious to my work very open and transparent about the company and what they expect from intern in architecture school bachelors level and the project types they were currently doing and planning on working on in the future
