I applied in January online. I received a phone interview on a Thursday with a Department Supervisor. I was asked to come in for a person-to-person interview with an Operations Manager. I was asked to stay and complete a questionnaire, some basic skills testing, and to also interview with the HR Manager. Every person asked open-ended questions in a very personable approach and was easy to speak with. I had a clear understanding of the company and the position after speaking to these individuals. There was about 4 days before I received an emailed offer with all the details of employment, including the health package plan and everything you could think of to ask about the company, and the start date. I was informed of the salary range for the job and asked to justify my salary request rate. This was one of the best interviewing experiences in my life.

Interview process was pretty typical for an interview; also very informative. The manager I interviewed with was particularly friendly and you could tell he absolutely loves his job. He really explained what the company does and what my role would be like within the company. He then asked about my resume and told me what attributes I had that would be a good fit for the company. Offered chances for me to ask questions. Although professional, it was laid back. He took time to talk to me, get to know me, and let me ask about the job role and company.
