I had five interviews in total, along with a project assignment as part of the process, which was still considered only the second round. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the company, their individual roles, and the position I was interviewing for. Some of the interview questions felt more structured and standardized compared to more discussion-based interview styles I’ve experienced in the past, so I’d recommend candidates prepare thoroughly and practice beforehand. The process was quite extensive, especially when balancing interviews with a current work schedule, so there may be an opportunity to streamline parts of the process to make it more manageable for candidates.

The hiring manager reached out to me directly on LinkedIn about a marketing role. I had 6 45-minute interviews with different individuals and everyone was a pleasure to talk to. However, this was only the “second round” of interviews — the interview process is quite cumbersome, especially for someone who is currently working. After the second round I received a rejection due to lack of experience in a particular area, which could have been determined in the first interview. I would recommend streamlining this process in the future to avoid so many unnecessary interviews.
