I applied through an employee referral, and the whole process took just over 2 months. The first stage was a screening call with HR, which took around 30 minutes. The second stage was a 30 - 45 minute call with the hiring manager, which was just questions on my background, experience, and general fit for the role. The Third interview was with the department manager. This had to be rearranged a few times at the last minute, but when it did happen, it was a 15 - 20 minute long explanation of the role and expectations, with a handful of questions about my experience at the end. I then had another call with the hiring manager and another member of the team. After the last meeting there was a week or so wait before an offer was made, which I accepted. The most painful part of the process was working with the HR team to complete the contract and onboarding!
