The process is straightforward, after passing the internal screening there are other canidates because it's a group hiring event, if they say you passed then you move onto the final interview. The final interview, they ask you questions about how you would treat a customer, test your wifi and internet speed, and if you have a modem or need to buy one. After I have finished my final interview, I've followed up to them multiple times, regarding an update on my final interview and application. After waiting for some weeks, and in the appropriate timeframe to email them, I have followed-up to a recruiter, their websites company email, and social media, they have responded to me in one of the following platforms, but it's been a long time ever since. I would rather them send me a rejection response then being ghosted, I feel frustrated and this a sign of a red flag if a company like HGS ghosts you. But the red flags is the lack of professionalism, organization and especially the communication. I remember to only apply to companies who will treat you with professionalism and respect for your time. I have decided that I will not apply to HGS in the future. I found the recruitment process to have disorganized unprofessional communication and which I believe wasted my time.

Interview process was smooth . It was like virtual hiring event . First they check your status or if you are eligible then move to interviewer. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Interviewer was nice and kind

interview was quite easy, just know how to answer with the star method, be clear when talking. also try to ask question doing the interview. Then also mention you are fast in typing.
