The interview process started out with this: First they called me to see when I might be available to work, what my available is, and what kind of position I might be looking for. Then I had to schedule a day of when I might come in to do the interview. There was three types of interview questions: Customer Service, role-playing (in which it would be to test my customer service skills in a call centre) as well as an assessment. Included in the assessment are the three components: customer service true/false, a very short multiple choice on basic math and basic computer skills. Before the interview, I had to apply a few times (as well as the last time that I applied by using a referral's name).
